Valve, If I'm sloppy then your playing is a muffled cow's ass recorded while a 90 year old whore moans in the background.
I've never played out of tune in my life (well maybe once), not that you'd notice since you can't even fucking get your bends in tune, but I can easily tell when a string is even a few cents off, which isn't even noticeable to 90% of people.
I'm not sure what you mean by harmonically deaf. I can't hear chords, or I can't hear pure frequencies?
