Judging by your attitude and your outlook, it is highly unlikely that you will even encounter a situation where a 7 b9 would serve any purpose. In fact it is highly unlikely that you will find use for all four fingers. At least not on the guitar. God knows you'll probably need them all for whatever line of work you wind up getting stuck in.  |

Haha. I might use a 7b9 if I liked altered dominants or Phyrgian mode, but I don't like either!
I'll probably wind up being a guitar teacher or music teacher so I'll inevitably be using all four of my fingers.
