When did sloppy become such a dirty word. I like him CAUSE he's sloppy, like Joe Perry, Keith Richards, Jimmy Page, plenty of guitarists I like are sloppy.

I thought Joe Perry was relatively clean, anyway, I like all of em'. Sloppy is cool, thats why I like Valve's playing so much.

No need to get your panties in a knot. But useing Jimmy Page "OR" BJ is just as bad. And Page is 100000000times better(every way) than Perry.

OMG- I didn't say Perry was BETTER than Page- I just said he played CLEANER- meaning less sloppy, fewer mistakes. Doesn't make his songs or his technical ability better. I happen to think Joe Perry is a better player- BUT Page's guitar-playing is way more important in rock history, that's undeniable. |
