Look at this from his perspective. He comes here thinking that this is a much less strict forum and posts something he feels is appropriate, which is immediately deleted. I happened to agree with what he posted, but that's beside the point. It doesn't matter if that's the only thread deleted, for a new member to show up and have his thread immediately deleted may make the forum look a bit "overmoderated", don't you think? Now everyone jumps on him because he questioned a moderator's decision. Seems kinda JS-ish to me.

He wasn't banned here, he needed to take that crap to the mods with a PM. This whole "airing the dirty laundry" shit from both sites is, for lack of a better word or words..."Fucking sleazy"..this isn't Jerry Springer. I'm sorry Munga's shit got deleted, apparently he pissed somebody off, maybe he should have taken his opinion in a PM to one of the other mods...I don't know, I just know running to the other site and trashing this one is weak.... You won't see me do that to JS or this forum, period.. |

And then he accused me of taking sides. WTF? I never take sides. He could have PM'd me. My mailbox is always open. So, how could I be overmoderating when I'm a mod. What's the point of having a mod if the mod can't DO anything? Freya came up with the idea for mods on this forum. If you have a problem with how I moderate then talk to me directly. If we can't come to an agreement then take it up with Freya and tell him that I'm not doing a good job. Simple as that. And Voltimus-I agree with you on the Munga thing. |

I think too many of the JS members keep popping in here expecting this to be some sort of competitive site to JS. I noticed Munga rolled back over to JS to state his "opinion" over in JS...well, thanks for the critique Munga, but, it's unnecessary... If you believe JS is a better forum, then you should probably be over there enjoying the wonderful things they have to offer, and they do offer alot. I'm on this forum, because I like the direction it seems to want to go, and I like being on the ground floor of it. Not to mention, there's good info here as well.... I still enjoy JS, but, I've been checking this site out much more frequently, because I'd like to see it become a success... If you don't want it to be a success, Munga, or anyone else, there really is nothing holding you here... No, I think you are wrong. I was apart of the discussion that helped formed this forum. I know EXACTLY why this forum was created. I know exactly what it was supposed to be. And it is failing miserably. |

the thing is, if you were so enthusiastic about the forum, then why aren't you trying to help? puting it down and contributing to it in no helpful way whatsoever are some pretty good reasons why you're being useless atm.

And it is failing miserably. And was part of that "top secret important" discussion to go on other boards to voice your dismay at how it doesn't live up to your expectations? Is that the EXACT reason this forum was created? Or is that the EXACT reason it is failing? I'd have to state that I believe it's the latter, you're sacrificing this sites' integrity (which, since it's a fledgling endeavor, it needs) for the sake of your ability to look like a pro on another forum.... |

It is even worse at the moment than JS in terms of dictatorship. Haha. The mods at JS suck- we have the right to say that. Thats the point of this forum. We're allowed to talk about the things we want with limited control and censorship.
Overmoderation here? The only thing I've seen deleted is a porn picture, and a thread locked. Don't get pissy and create a generalization because one mod stood up and closed a pointless fucking thread. Thats just being fresh.
Stop posting here if your only intent is to slander the board's name.
