Arnold is #1, you stupid bitch. Always was, always will be. Big ron is how many times Mr Olympia?  Arnold was #1 till Yates hit, Yates was #1, till Coleman hit. Jay beat Ronnie this year, but no one really belives that Jay should have won, and neither should have Ronnie. He trained and competed with a torn pec, strained quad, and massive lower back injurys. (he still looked quite a bit better than Jay) He also has competed in power lifting... 2,300-2,400lb leg presses, 900lb squats, and 639 1rm bench. These numbers are all taken while he was training for the Olympia shows. |

It's fucking insane how much these guys are lifting, the weights look like something you'd see on a cartoon, they're so big. I've, unfortunately, seen lots of videos where a guy goes for a squat with some ungodly amount of weight, and his leg just gives way, and breaks. It looked extremely painful. |

Ask those same people if they have ever heard of Arnold. The chances are slim that even 1 out of 100 do not know who he is. And you could do this text 30 years ago before the movies and other hollywood crap; Arnold was and is a household name. Arnold is #1.
