This is a good excersise for developing lighter touch. It's pretty simple and works pretty well. It's all natural harmonics, btw.

I actually use that exercise for warm up, but I use 4,5,6,7....I think it's an old Satch exercise...Works pretty good for lighter touch, like you said, though...

You can also use something like this to work on pich harmonics... Or just a chromatic run... either or
